Return Policy:

Returns allowed for product refund up to 14 days upon receipt of the order. Please email marketing@trueenergysocks.com with your order number to begin the return process. Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all labels and packaging still attached. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping. Refunds will be processed once we have received the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and we suggest returning via a trackable common carrier. TRUEENERGY® is not responsible for missing return packages.
